We are currently looking for experienced consultants for our Business Transformation practice to assume specific roles driving the delivery of a major transformation project within the NHS across London. This is a ten year, technology enabled transformational project affecting 140,000 users which is being delivered by an Alliance of service providers collectively known as the Capital Care Alliance. As part of the BT delivery team you will specifically support the Business Change and Benefits leads within each Trust enabling them to develop their transformation services to support the delivery of health projects. The role has a number key responsibilities including;

Service Delivery - You will be part of a team responsible for delivering high quality Business Transformation services in assigned Trusts; including process design, benefits planning and realisation, stakeholder management and communication planning. This will also incorporate managing and co-coordinating the various Alliance members whilst supporting the change management leads within each Trust themselves.

Project Communications, Training and Process - As a subject matter expert you will act as a single point of contact between Trusts on matters relating to Business Transformation, responsible for the synergy of approach and consistent application of ways of working. You will also be expected to act as a close advisor to the client advising on such critical issues as staffing, performance and time-scales.

Service Improvement - Ensuring knowledge capture within BT and the Trust, so that lessons can be learnt and best practice and improvements can be applied in future.

Business Development - Contribute to the identification of additional Business Transformation professional services opportunities within the client and subsequent business development activities where appropriate.

To be successful in these roles, you will have demonstrable experience in the following areas:

- Expertise in at least two of the following - stakeholder management and communication planning (up to board level), process design, benefits planning or training.
- In excess of five years expertise working in complex project environments preferably with experience operating as a management consultant.
- Skills in process mapping tools such as Visio or Casewire will be advantageous.
Experience and understanding of the Change First change management methodology / toolkit.
- An expert facilitator and relationship builder who can effectively influence and resolve conflict in complex, multi-site environments.
- Health Sector experience, ideally a clinical background.
